Since 28 September 2026 every purchase creates an account, so this only affects orders placed before then. If you bought WordPress for Cowork without creating an account (a “guest” checkout), your order is not linked to a My Account login, so it won’t appear under My Account. Your purchase still went through. Please don’t buy again.
Where to find your licence key
- Your order confirmation email. Search your inbox, and your spam or junk folder, for the email from wordpressforcowork.com sent right after you paid. Your licence key (it looks like
CW-XXXXXX-XXXXXX-XXXXXX) is in that email. - The order confirmation page you saw straight after paying also showed the key, if you still have it open.

Open a support ticket and include the email address you used at checkout. We’ll find your order and send your key, usually within 24 hours on business days.
