Digital Downloads — All Sales Final
Because all of our products are digital downloads delivered instantly upon payment, all sales are considered final once a download link has been accessed or the file has been downloaded. We are unable to offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product after download. EU and UK consumer protections are described in their own section below.
EU and UK Consumers — 14-Day Cancellation Right
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period after purchasing a digital product, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. During this period you may cancel for any reason and receive a full refund.
This right is lost the moment you receive the product if you have given express consent for immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel. To make our products available to you instantly, our checkout includes a required tick-box that says: “I expressly request immediate delivery of this digital product and acknowledge that I will lose my 14-day right to cancel once download starts.” By ticking that box and completing the purchase, you waive the 14-day cancellation right for that order.
If you have not ticked the immediate-delivery box and have not downloaded or activated your plugin, you may still cancel within 14 days of purchase by emailing [email protected] with your order number. We will refund you in full, in line with EU and UK law.
Eligible Refund Situations (All Customers)
Even after the 14-day window or where the cancellation right has been waived, we will consider a full or partial refund in the following circumstances:
- Technical failure: The Plugin does not install or function as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue after reasonable support efforts.
- Duplicate purchase: You were charged more than once for the same product due to a payment error.
- Product not delivered: Your download link was never sent or is non-functional, and we cannot provide a working alternative within 48 hours.
To request a refund under one of these conditions, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase date with your order number and a description of the issue.
Non-Refundable Situations
The following are not eligible for refunds (subject to the EU/UK cancellation rights described above):
- Change of mind after download, where the EU/UK cancellation right has been waived
- Incompatibility with a third-party tool or service not listed in the product description
- Issues arising from your own server, hosting, or configuration environment
- Requests made more than 14 days after purchase
- Products purchased during a sale or at a discounted price (unless a technical defect applies)
Cancellations and Maintenance Renewals
Our plugins are sold as a one-time purchase that includes 1 year of updates and support. Annual maintenance renewals are optional — your existing license keeps working forever, but updates and support pause until you renew. There are no recurring subscriptions to cancel. If you purchase a maintenance renewal and you are an EU or UK consumer, the same 14-day cancellation right and immediate-delivery waiver described above apply to that renewal.
Refund Process
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Stripe, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer. We will notify you by email once the refund has been processed.
