Terms of
Service

Last updated: April 22, 2026

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before purchasing or using any products from WordPress for Cowork (“we,” “us,” or “ours”), operated at wordpressforcowork.com. By completing a purchase or using our digital products, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Products and Services

WordPress for Cowork sells downloadable software plugins (“Plugins”) designed to extend the functionality of the Claude Cowork desktop application. All products are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon payment confirmation, you will receive immediate access to download your purchased Plugin(s).

2. License Grant

Each Plugin purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the Plugin on your own devices for personal or commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, or share the Plugin files with third parties. This license is for a single user unless otherwise specified at time of purchase.

3. Payment and Pricing

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment card details — all transactions are handled by Stripe in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Prices are subject to change without notice; however, any price change will not affect orders already placed.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final once a download has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents the Plugin from functioning as described, contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of purchase and we will work to resolve the issue or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Updates and Support

Plugin purchases include access to updates released within 12 months of purchase. We provide reasonable email support for installation and compatibility questions on a best-effort basis.

6. Intellectual Property

All Plugins, code, content, and materials on this website are the intellectual property of WordPress for Cowork. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works from our Plugins without prior written permission. Anthropic Claude and Cowork branding are property of their respective owners; we operate as an independent third-party developer.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Plugins are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Plugins will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all systems or future versions of the Cowork application. Your use of our products is at your own risk.

8. Website and Database Backups

The purchaser is solely responsible for backing up their WordPress websites and databases before installing, activating, or using any Plugin purchased from WordPress for Cowork. Our Plugins interact with your WordPress installation, WooCommerce store, and associated databases. While we design our Plugins to operate safely, we make no guarantee that their use will not result in data loss, corruption, or unintended changes to your site. You should maintain regular, current backups of all website files and databases prior to using any Plugin. WordPress for Cowork shall not be liable for any loss of data, content, revenue, or business arising from your failure to maintain adequate backups.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WordPress for Cowork shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

10. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our Plugins for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of any third party. We reserve the right to revoke your license without refund if you violate these terms.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
