WordPress for Cowork has a 14-day money-back window on initial plugin purchases. If the plugin doesn’t work for you within the first 14 days, email [email protected] with your license key and order number and we’ll process a full refund.

After 14 days, refund requests are reviewed case-by-case — we look for things like a real product defect, a charge made in error, or a duplicate order. The full terms are on the Refund & Cancellation Policy page; that page is the source of truth.

Maintenance renewals (the optional yearly $39 / $129 / $23-per-seat support & updates renewal) are handled the same way: contact support and we’ll review. Your underlying license keeps working forever even if the renewal is refunded — you’d just stop receiving new updates and support eligibility from the renewal date.

What we need to process a refund: license key, order number, and a brief note on what didn’t work. Refunds go back to the original payment method and typically clear in 3–7 business days depending on your bank/card issuer.
