Each license has two independent caps: user seats and device slots. WordPress site count is unlimited on every plan.
Seats by plan
- Solo: 1 user seat · unlimited WordPress sites.
- Agency: up to 5 user seats · unlimited WordPress sites.
- Enterprise: 6+ user seats (per-seat pricing) · unlimited WordPress sites.
Devices
Each license can authenticate from up to 2 devices at a time (e.g. laptop + desktop). A device is identified by a stable machine ID generated by the plugin. If you hit the device limit when installing on a new machine, go to /my-account/devices/ and remove an old one. There is also a 5-IPs-per-day rolling cap to stop credentialed token-spraying.
Where to find your license key
Your license key appears on your order receipt page and in the purchase confirmation email. There is no /my-account/licenses/ page on this site. If you can’t find your key, log into My Account and open the original order — the key is on the receipt.
If activation fails
The most common cause is the WordPress site rejecting Application Password authentication, not the license itself. See Security plugin is blocking the connection in the knowledge base for the full troubleshooting list.
