Where to find your invoices, manage your license, change your email, or get a refund.

Invoices and receipts

Every purchase generates a receipt sent to your email immediately. PDF copies are also available in My Account → Orders — click any order and use Download Invoice.

License keys

Your CW- license key is shown on the order details page right after purchase and on the order details page in My Account → Orders. If you can’t see it on the License Keys tab in My Account, that’s a known display gap — the order page is canonical until we fix it.

Changing your email address

My Account → Account details → update Email. The license is tied to the WooCommerce account, so changing the email here updates everything.

Account password

Reset from the password reset page. The reset email comes from [email protected] — check spam if you don’t see it.

Refunds

14 days after purchase, no questions asked. See Refund policy for the full terms.

VAT / tax

VAT is collected automatically for EU/UK customers based on billing address. The receipt shows the VAT line item.

Switching tiers

If you bought Solo and need Agency, email [email protected] with your order number. We’ll issue a credit for the Solo purchase and a discount code for the Agency tier so you only pay the difference.

Cancelling

WordPress for Cowork is a one-time purchase — there’s no recurring subscription to cancel. Claude Pro is billed separately by Anthropic; you cancel that in your Anthropic account.
