Does Claude log into my WordPress for me?
No. You sign in to your own website once, on your site’s own login page, and press Allow. Claude never sees your password, and neither do we.
Where are my credentials stored?
Your password stays on your site. When you approve Claude, your site issues Claude its own access and checks it on every request. Nothing is stored on our servers.
How many WordPress sites can I connect?
Unlimited on every tier. The limit is on people (seats), not sites. Solo = 1 seat. Agency = 5 seats. Enterprise = per-seat, minimum 6. One Claude-side note: Claude’s Free plan allows one custom connector, so connecting more than one site needs a paid Claude plan.
Can I use my licence on more than one computer?
Yes. There is no device limit: use it on your desktop, laptop or any of your own computers. The limit is on people (seats): Solo is for one person, Agency for up to 5, Enterprise per seat.
Will Claude make changes without asking?
For destructive operations (delete, overwrite, restore) — no, never. Claude asks for confirmation in plain English before each. For additive operations (create a post, list comments) — yes, Claude proceeds directly.
Does my data leave my server?
Not through us. The MCP endpoint runs on your own WordPress install, and Claude talks to it directly over HTTPS from Anthropic’s servers. We don’t relay or store your content.
What happens if my license lapses?
Your site keeps working and keeps the version you already have. What pauses is new versions and support. Renew your support, maintenance & updates at any time to get them back.

Which Claude plan do I need?
Any plan, including Free, for one website in ordinary Claude chat. Cowork mode itself and connecting more than one website need a paid plan — the cheapest is Claude Pro at $17/mo billed annually ($20/mo monthly). Max, Team and Enterprise also include Cowork.
Can I cancel anytime?
WordPress for Cowork is a one-time purchase — there’s nothing recurring to cancel. A paid Claude plan is separately billed by Anthropic and you cancel it in your Claude account.
Does this work with Joomla / Drupal / Shopify?
No. WordPress only.
Can Claude build me a website from scratch?
Not the full site — but it can build complete designed pages from your description. See /wp-design.
